Thank you for activating your virtual assistance benefit!

You have signed up to work with one of our extraordinary virtual assistants and if you are having doubts on how to get started, here are some key points to help you make the most of your experience with us.

Welcome Email

As soon as you complete your sign up process, you will receive a welcome email with all the contact information for your assigned assistant. In this email you will also receive the contact information of your assistant’s supervisor. Save them both as contacts and feel free to communicate with your assistant and the supervisor anytime, we’re here to help!

All of our assistants are skilled in administrative tasks or specialized areas (design, programming, among others); however, in the early stages of your relationship with us, they might need some training on your company’s processes and a how you like things done crash course. Consider the time spent on training your assistant an investment that will quickly pay off.!

Good communication between you and your virtual assistant is essential to success when working remotely. Your assistant will need clear instructions on tasks but it is also important to share your goals and expectations so your assistant knows he or she is on the right path.

Additionally, you should define your preferred methods to communicate. We don’t want to interrupt your meetings and your family time; therefore, knowing the frequency and technology you prefer to use, will help us stay in touch with you in a way that adjusts to your lifestyle.

By default, we send you an End of Day report every day with a simple accomplished vs. pending tasks layout. The frequency, format, and content of this report can be adjusted to your standards; we can include time and other key indicators. Make sure you let your assistant know if you want to make any changes to the EOD, the goal is to keep you informed through a brief and useful report.
